Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged Products
If your item arrives severely damaged, it is eligible for a full refund or a replacement. For partially damaged items, such as those with small scratches, loose threads, or wrinkles, we may offer a partial refund or a replacement depending on the extent of the damage.
Please Note: Fragile products are more likely to qualify for refunds. However, damage to the packaging alone (not the item itself) does not qualify for a refund due to the nature of long-distance shipping. Any issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong product, color, size, or if something is missing from your order, we’ll resolve it quickly. For completely incorrect items, you will receive a full refund or replacement. If you receive the wrong size or color but the item is still usable, we can offer a refund or resend the correct item once we receive proof, such as a screenshot of the complaint that includes the customer’s name, date, and message. If minor parts are missing, we may provide a partial refund or resend just the missing parts. If critical parts are missing and affect the functionality of the product, we will resend the entire product. For missing accessories, we will send the accessories separately.
What We Need for Disputes
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please provide clear photos or videos showing the problem. We may also ask for a screenshot of your product, the order receiving date, your name, the order date, and details of the issue.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
